No Extra Guests

Due to space and out of courtesy to the other clients, we ask that there be no extra guests unless by appointment.

Refusing Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Independent Artist Policy

At Root and Ritual Hair Salon, we are proud to provide space and support for a collective of talented Independent Artists who operate their own businesses within our salon environment. Each artist manages their own scheduling, pricing, services, and client communications. As such, policies, procedures, and service guarantees may vary between artists.

Please note the following:

• Appointments: All booking and rescheduling inquiries should be made directly with your chosen artist. Root and Ritual Hair Salon does not manage individual artist schedules.

• Payments: Payments are made directly to your artist. Accepted payment methods may vary. Please confirm with your artist prior to your appointment.

• Cancellations & No-Shows: Each artist sets their own cancellation and no-show policies. Be sure to review your artist’s terms when booking.

• Service Issues: Any questions or concerns regarding services received must be addressed directly with the providing artist. As independent contractors, they are solely responsible for their work.

While all our artists share the same commitment to professionalism and client care, they operate independently. Root and Ritual Hair Salon is not liable for disputes, service outcomes, or policy enforcement related to individual artists.
